Golden Hour Series Bike Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Participation in the Golden

Hour Series Bike Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official

Rules.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Sierra Cyclesmith, Reno, Nevada (the “Sponsor”), in coordination with Grass

Roots Racing Reno (the “Organizer”).

2. Prize

One (1) Specialized Stumpjumper EVO mountain bike with a retail value of up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000

USD). The prize includes the bicycle frame and standard components as determined by the Sponsor. Winner

may select size and available color at time of redemption. Prize is subject to availability. No cash substitution,

transfer, or exchange permitted.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are registered participants in the Golden Hour Race Series and who

compete in good standing. Participants must comply with all event rules, waivers, and safety requirements.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor or Organizer are not eligible.

4. How to Earn Raffle Entries

Raffle entries are earned exclusively through race performance in the Golden Hour Series. Entries are awarded

per race, per category as follows:

• 1st Place: Three (3) raffle entries

• 2nd Place: Two (2) raffle entries

• 3rd Place: One (1) raffle entry

For the One for All Enduro event, all raffle entries earned shall be doubled.

5. No Sandbagging / Category Enforcement

Participants are required to compete in the category that accurately reflects their skill level and experience.

Intentional competition in a lower category for competitive advantage (“sandbagging”) is strictly prohibited. The

Organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to reclassify any participant at any time. Any raffle entries earned

while competing in an inappropriate category may be forfeited at the Organizer’s discretion.

6. Drawing and Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible raffle entries following the conclusion of the Golden

Hour Series / One for All Enduro. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner

must be present at the drawing or have a designated representative present.

7. Prize Redemption

The winner must redeem the prize through Sierra Cyclesmith. Prize must be claimed within a reasonable time

frame as determined by the Sponsor. Failure to claim the prize may result in forfeiture.

8. General Conditions

Raffle entries have no cash value and are non-transferable. The Organizer and Sponsor reserve the right to

modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond their control compromise the integrity or

fairness of the giveaway. Decisions of the Organizer are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Organizer, and their respective

owners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use

of the prize.

10. Governing Law

This giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
